Picture Below - Luckily I got this screenshot when I hit a 99. I used prayer and strength potion. I tried my best to do a 99 and I took a screenshot! Finally!
I don't know how to fix this problem. I just made this hack. Hill Giants have 35 Hitpoints. And when you hit your max hit on the hill giant is suppose to be 35. But you do a 99. Be careful if Jagex members see you.

I re-hacked my combat level again and it was fast. It's impossible for anyone to report me because I didn't say anything. So if you report me for instance, a message will say " you have not interacted with this person so you cannot report him/her " or something like that.

You get the idea right? For each level up you gain, you also have 10Million. It will appear in your inventory. But don't level up in the wilderness because PlayerKillers might kill you and take your money. I don't know why level 40s start with 5M I hope its enough. I will try to get it to 40M. If I do, I will update this hackor.
